Mike, water in the regulator is usually a second stage problem (Ripped mouth piece, a hole in the diaphragm, or some kind leak from the exhaust port).
The Mk 200 first stage looks to me to be a Mk 2 unbalance piston. Scubapro had a 200b second stage which was the G250 without the adjustment knob. The 200 second stage is the plastic copy of the old 109 metal second stage.
