Try 24434 Malibu Road behind the Malibu Colony Shopping Center. Look sharp for the address as in this area they realy hid the access. Alternate site is 24320 Mailbu Road.
Both sites are good and the reef, kelp links them You eiher dive left or right depending on the site. The first site has a better beach. Public property ends at mean high tide line so stay out from under the houses.
NOTE: The beach can compleatly DISAPPEAR at extream high tides! So be carefull and pay attention to the tides. Max Depth 40 feet. The beach does change considerably over time. Sand was at bottom of stairs one visit, two weeks later the stairs are three feet under the sand. One beach was all sand, and the next visit the sand is gone and it is a rocky entrance.
