Went to Anacapa this past weekend. Vis was about 15 to 20 on the south side (Fish Bowl), 20-30 on the North (Underwater Island, Coral Reef.)
Pretty murky in places, but still worth the trip.
Went on a beach dive at Leo a few weeks ago. Vis was 3 to 6 feet. Terrible. Shore dives in SoCal are a waste of time until this algae bloom finsihes up.
