Please assist with GPS locations

My buddy and I are going out on his boat tomorrow night for the first time. We want to find a place that is close to the Santa Barbara harbor where we can anchor off and get some night diving in for bugs. Again, it is our first time taking out his boat, so we don't want to venture off too far, especially at night. Any help with some GPS coordinates would be greatly appreciated.
