Maciek, Coralcuts and I braved the occasional six foot swells to get in a dive this morning. The water around the peninsula was pretty green everywhere. We watched some divers at Marineland look at the surf. I hope they thought better of it. We made it to a spot known as the Garden Spot. Susan and Maciek practiced skills while I practiced my bug hunting technique. They did better than I. I only found two bugs. The big one was too far into a hole, and the one I grabbed was just short. Due to the heavy surge and 2-3 foot vis I decided to come up after only forty minutes. Maciek and Susan were also surfacing then, so nobody had to wait. 55F, 2-3 ft. vis and very surgy. Yucky, but still fun. Note to DonS; Be very glad you didn't come along today. :-)
