Am looking forward to Sonke's answers. Any chance you will be saying your piece in May at the public comment hearings? I really hope you do... what you've just written is a powerful indictment of California's negligent managing of our most valuable resource. Am so glad you care. It's time to spread your/my/our concern to the 'civilian' population. Any suggestions from the board on how to do that?
