After speaking with Carl Huggins, the chamber operator at Catalina Island who used to work for Orca, he pointed me to www.orcadivecomputer.com. They still service and sell the computers and interfaces, etc. Problem is they come up about 70 pages deep in a google search which is why I couldn't find them.
I purchased the interface. I wish I would have seen John's post earlier. You probably would have sold it for a lot less than ODC.
I hope this info can help out anyone else looking for information on the Dephi and Phoenix.
