I've repaired several pinholes in my TLS with Aquaseal and Cotol on the inside, as jlyle suggested. The Cotol accelerates the drying and you're good to go in an hour or two.

Also, I once had a 1/8" cut in the crushed neoprene boot that I repaired the same way but reinforced it with a small patch made from some TLS material scrouged from the DUI factory when I was in San Diego.

Incidentally, I've found a flashlight is a great way to zero in on pinhole leaks -- just shine inside the suit in a darkened room.

Good luck!

Jon
