Let's play a new game - with the same players. Let's assume that some Judge / Jury has decided that the emotional distress that "Drifter Dan's" suffer for the FIVE hour ordeal is worth $100,000. YOU have been assigned sole discretion to determine how much of this money is to be paid by each "player" - no appeals, no overturning of decisions, you have the final say.
The "game" for everyone to play is - how much "responsibility" does each "player" assume for this suffering.
I'll start first.
"Drifter Dan" - $50,000 (he can collect from himself)
Dive Buddies - $10,000
Dive Master - $25,000
Dive Shop - $10,000
Dive Boat - $5,000
