Sometimes the water isn't where the leak is in a drysuit; your undergarments wick the moisture and it can travel down the shrink wrap wrinkles to areas a great distance from the problem. The reason I asked about the neck seal is that I was having the same problem, but in my case the water was gathering in the telescoping body of the suit. I, too tried leak testing, thought it was the zipper, sent it to DUI - they couldn't find any leaks. Replaced my neck seal, trimmed it to fit tightly and voila - no more leak! My dive buddy Margaret thought her boots were leaking, lots of aquaseal did not fix the problem. Got a new neck seal - problem fixed.
