If you want a lot of lift to compensate for being overweighted (lead) in the first place and you don't mind drag and you like ot spend money on different gear as you progress in diving, then this is a good choice.

On the other hand, if you want to be minimally weighted and trim (improving air consumption), you may want to look at the humble backplate and rear wing or something like the DiveRite Transpac; all of these are modular, allowing a variety of set-ups without changing out all of your gear as your experience increases.
