Viz was 25+, bottom looks like it did in December, perhaps the dredged sand hasn't been washed out yet. There is a LOT of trash, I assume remnants of the recent rains rather than due to dredging.
Same creatures as well. Tons of swimming crabs and juvie horn sharks, whelks, decorators, sculpins, etc....
