Huh? The x-scooter appears to be better made than the Gavin in every objective measure.

1. Solid aluminum body (Gavin is plastic and flexes and changes buoyancy at depth).

2. Less seal area. Only one body seal (Gavin has two)

3. Higher quality brushless motor with less chance of burnup during the dive. X-scooter motor can be washed out after saltwater flood and work fine. Gavin has to go back to George's Garage.

4. Batteries and electronics are professionally manufactured to a higher level spec than any Gavin or Gavin clone.

And the x-scooter is the size and weight of an AL80.
