My family vacations in Aruba and I've been diving there. The diving is okay. Some large wrecks and the water is nice and warm. Certainly not top 10 in the world, but still nice.

Check out Unique Sports of Aruba. We dove with them this year. They were very nice. We had to switch because the shop we dove with for years--Mermaid Divers--was HORRIBLE. Watch out, Mermaid Divers is one of the only dive companies located near the cruise ship terminal. DO NOT DIVE WITH THEM!
