Elaine,

Is walking in the pool considered liquid therapy? I always thought it involved a nice bottle of Hornitos or Don Edwardo. I've done a little of both lately and can testify that both have healing properties :-)

Wayne, Karen, Frank, and all the others out there with injuries - listen to the doctors, do your rehab, and get back in the water. I just got back in this weekend after 3 months of recovery from foot surgery. I had to have the surgery b/c I didn't listen to the doctor the first time I broke the foot. It was great to be back (just in time for lobsters and I missed the worst part of the red tide, yea!).

They can fix damn near anything these days. Keep your chin up and keep moving in a positive direction - even if you have to it at the pace of a sea cucumber.
