Ok so it is illegal to take cucumbers without a comm, permit.. But urchins are ok.. But I do have a question..
Lets say you did take some urchins or lobster lets say.. Why would it be illegal to have someone cook them for you? It is not illegal to give away lobster, just to sell them.. Lets say that I couldn't cook to save my life.. (I would have to kill myself if this were the case) And I had a limit of legal lobster/urchins that I took to my friends house.. I had My friend cook them and I only ate 1 and left the rest with him to eat.. Why would this be illegal.. Because I traded for a service? If this is so then MANY people break this law every year..

I am not trying to start any fights here, I am just really wondering about the law... All it says is you can't sell tham.. So I guess you have to kind of guess?

Please help!!
Nate D
