Saw a new (to me at least) recipe for lobster tails on Emeril last night:

Make a marinade comprised of 1/2 cup chopped parsley, 1 cup lemon juice, 1 cup lime juice, and a half-teaspoon or so of paprika. (Bay seafood spice would probably also go well here.) Mix well.

Clean up to a half-dozen spineys in the usual way, then cut each in half lengthwise. Marinate the tails for an hour or so at room temperature.

Grill/BBQ the marinated lobsters shell-side down for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the exposed meat lightly with olive oil after a couple minutes. Turn the tails over, and finish grilling each for an additional 3-5 minutes.

Enjoy with whatever wine is available.
