I've got a DC 2mm compressed neoprene suit (actually two of them).
I don't see any change in buoyancy with depth. I think the DUI
crushed vs. compressed neoprene is just marketing hype.

The first suit lasted about 600 dives and is still usable, though
I have to fix leaks pretty regularly. So it makes a fine backup
when the new suit goes in for seals.
