Along with the article on the new shipwreck in Monterey Bay, it points out the importance of providing habitat for marine life wherever we can. The Los Angeles Ships to Reefs Group (Sunken Treasures of Los Angeles) is meeting this Wednesday at 7:30 at Ocean Adventures to staff its action committees. This is a several year project to get multiple surplus Navy ships put down off the coast of LA in our barren spots. Everyone is welcome. Jerry
