In fact, I think it's about time. It is horrible that it has come to legal manuvering to get attention because that may only invite government intervention, and God help us if that happens. But unless, and until, certain agencies stop giving away C-cards like they are candy it is only a matter of time. The "crawl before you can walk" speech has proven a failed educational model but a successful business model. For sure Earning Per Share are up, but so too are ill-prepared divers.
