I think a no-anchor policy on Farnsworth would remove it totally as a dive site. It would require a "live drop" on to the the site (and hopefully you're dropping on to the high spot), divers would likely be popping up all over the place at the end of the dive (and god forbid there's a current), and you'd have to live-boat the pick-up.

As a charterer (we run 5-6 Farnsworth trips each year) I would simply take it off my list. On top of that, I can't imagine many dive boats being willing to go to the spot under those circumstances, regardless of whteher the charterer wanted to or not.
