Since when does VPM account for any CNS exposure ? I am guessing you are refering to the Variable Permiability Model. The VPM model atributes the rate of on/off gasing tothe molecular structure of bubbles as they either grows or shrinks. I have never noticed anything about O2 toxicity in this model.
