Daniel Jordan Goodrich, 24, died on November 17, 2006 in a scuba diving accident in California. Daniel was born March 15, 1982 to Kerry and Leslie Goodrich in Provo, Utah. Daniel lived in Tridell, Utah the first ten years of his life. His family then moved to West Jordan, UT where he graduated from Copper Hills High School. Daniel served an honorable LDS Mission in Anaheim, California where he met his sweetheart Sisalee Goulding. They were married in the St. George, Utah Temple on July 5, 2003 and were later blessed with sons, Alex Robert and Ammon Kerry. Daniel attended BYU Idaho and was attending Dixie College. He was a loving husband and devoted father.

Daniel's life was filled with service to others. He earned the Eagle Scout award, swam for Copper Hills High School, loved to ski, became scuba certified, was a talented cabinet maker, served as the director of the Red Cross, Southern Utah, chapter, coached the Hurricane Tigersharks' swim team, and worked in a care facility with disabled persons.

He is survived by his wife Sisalee Goulding; sons Alex and Ammon; parents Kerry and Leslie Goodrich of West Haven, Utah; siblings Ben (Heather), Spencer (Linda), Aaron, Kason, Karissa, Jeff, and Kailyn; great grandparents George E. and Bernice B. Bartschi of Sandy, Utah; grandparents Rae and Ruth Goodrich of Tridell, Utah; Benjamin and Renae Hunter of Idaho Falls, Idaho.
A service will be held in his honor on Friday November 24, 2006 in West Jordan, Utah at the Copper Hills Stake Center 5176 W Parr Dr. The viewing will be from 1:003:00 pm and the service from 3:30-4:30pm. Interment: Tridell, Utah Cemetery at 11:00 am on Saturday November 25.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at Zions Bank in the name of Alex and Ammon Goodrich. Online condolences may be made at www.jenkins-soffe.com.
