Bob Walls, Jeff Conner and me boarded the "Clearwater" in Wilmington @ 8:45 A.M. Capt. Kurt had a plan to get some more trawl net off the Georgia Straits wreck, and we prayed for vizz after getting 'skunked' the last few trys.

Well the 70* degree surface temp, and 45' feet of chain "IN" Vizz gave us hope for a good clean~up dive. At 45 feet the warm blue water turned olive green, then down to 75' was arms length pea soup. A short scouting proved pointless.

Back on deck, plan B was to head South to the Olympic II for some long overdue "net loss". Capt. Kurt stayed onboard during the first Oly dive to mourn a flooded housing from the G.S. excursion :-(

We 3 were glad to drop and find Kurt nailed the wreck mid deck, so we moved the hook out to the sand, and had15' to 25' feet of workable Vizz.

The Olympic as always was like an aquarium full of fish. Over the next couple dives we we're very glad to take about 60' Sq. Ft.(?) of vertical hanging (death) nets off her. Again 70 degrees :-) @ the surface, and 57 @ the 95' foot working depth.

Be safe out there.
