Unfortunately that's Sea Ranch property and private, so no camping allowed. Actually the regular public is not allowed to walk along the coast there unless they're on the public access trails only or are with a resident or are staying there in a rental and have a card. Kinda sucks that private interests have taken that land for themselves, but at least the public has some access. Before it was the Sea Ranch it was a private sheep ranch and the public had no access at all.

There are many other places to camp out with coves just like that or better.
You should hook up your skiff and go up to Ocean Cove for a week and dive all that territory. You could also go up to Mendocino County and camp out at Albion and there is great diving in that area as well.
All the diving on the North Coast is great, you just have to pick your days.
