That is the Whites Point.

Before you book your trip you could probably arrange for a local to go make sure that there are still plenty there. I haven't done a shore dive at Whites Point in a while. We even love our urchins here so be sure not to take too many :-)

Whites Point also features the shallow hydrothermal vents that are quite interesting if you have never seen them.
