Where to launch - there are numerous spots including:
1. King Harbor (Torrance) - uses a sling. Parking seems fairly secure.
2. Alamitos Bay (Long Beach) - One of the closer spots to Avalon.
3. Cabrillo (San Pedro) - Closest to Two Harbors (not real sure how safe the car/trailer will be for an extended stay).
