Divide and conquer. Let's have the whole state decide what is best for the Point Arena citizens and their local economies.

If we can't drive that far to get to their their abalones, then neither should they be allow to get them. And who is better to protect the local resources from the locals - the out of towners I say.

The next generation of MLPA will be to take over their other local economy with the establishment of Marijuana Leaf Preserve Area's.
