I have that exact same Healthways reg in working condition. That is actually my first double hose reg I got from Dale.

I've only had it down to 20 feet or so just goofing around in Gerstle. The exhaust valve is very hard to blow against and vibrates, but it inhales fine after I tuned it to crack at the slightest inhale.
The thing that makes me nervous about how the exhaust valve membrane is set up is that if it would ever tear or come loose it would leave the fresh air chamber wide open to exhaust air and water. Not good at all.
I'm going to look into making another exhaust membrane valve out of silicone like how they have all the new stuff for DA's.
