I've seen that. All I see is a statement from the defendant's attorney about what they are presenting at trial, and court reporting. Show me a statement from any of the defendants. They could comment, but they won't as it might jeopardize their case. But every time there is something new to report, we'll get two sentences on that, then quotes from Carlock about how we was going to die, then the recap of how he was found by the boyscouts. How about a headline that reads "Don't blame me" that was not even a direct quote?

My point is that we will not hear both sides to this and all the details until it is completed, and even then we may not depending on the terms if there is a settlement. In the meantime the plaintiff's story will continue to be pushed while the defendants are basically stifled.
