The offshore wind had water looking like lake Pacific. We hit an area in South Laguna and the surf was less than 2 '. Vis was 20' water temp 57 at all depths. We were able to cover many shallow caves and areas that we can not get to with higher surf. We only got a few bugs but the conditions were the best in a long time. The area had many Moray Eels surrounded by hundreds of cleaner shrimp, and I saw a nice sized Abalone in a shallow cave, good diving .
