Dunno what Ken does, but on SmugMug there are several things one
can do to help protect one's copyright, esp. for stills:

1. Automatic watermarking. You need the Pro level account to do
this, and it's the reason I have a pro level account.

2. You can limit the maximum display size of images. I have mine
set to Xlarge, and I'm thinking of reducing it to Large because
portrait mode images in Xlarge are often taller than my screen.

3. You can mark the gallery protected, which prevents right-clicking
on images.
