I know the one at 1:10 is Oikopleura sp. which is a type of larvacian or appendicularian. they make the mucus house for feeding and protection and contribute to all the marine snow that cuts our visibility. They cast of 5 - 10 houses a day. the animal is kind of tadpole like shape and can be hard to see at some angles.

No idea on the first one, looks like a mucus house but the blue shape is not a larvacian.
