OK. You seem the right folks to ask.
I heard that in the early 20th Century, three divers made a dive with a hydrogen oxygen mix to 1000 feet.
I don't recall if they ysed a bell.
I heard that two divers made it to the surface, one lived.
It sounds theoretically possible, but is it true?
