I was at Fish and Game office on Lampson in Los Alamitos this week. They have a nice book on the MLPA with maps that will show you to areas you can't hunt in and tell you what you can or can not take in those areas. Laguna Beach is mostly a no take. The maps area really quite clear. They also have an ap for your Android or Iphone, but that can be a tad hard to make out due to the small scale.
