Ken, I would agree with no take on the large lobsters. Maybe nothing over 7 lbs. or establish a no-take on a maximum size carapace. However, 7/day seems reasonable. What if a diver wants to have a dinner party for his non-diver friends. 4 might not do it. As to stockpiling, I really don't see the difference if a person eats them right away and then goes and gets another limit or saves them to eat whenever they want to. Maybe even after the close of the season. I don't see F&G coming to a house to check freezers. Me, I don't particularly care for lobsters. I'll take Calico Bass any day.
