Good evening everyone,
Just got an email from a virtual shop, not even a real, promoting Casino Point at Catalina. He gave the price to go over to Cat for $130.00 on the exprex and gives you the taxi thrown in. Sorry what the f**k is that?
This is what is killing SoCAl diving. I know of no open boat that is charging more than $130.00 for the same thing, but includes all your food, air fills, non alcohic drinks and takes the any other spot on the island. Casino Point is the worst place to dive on the entire island. You do not to take my work for it. If it was so good why are there dive boats that are in Avalon and go other places?
The only reason dive shops frequent Casino Point is their greed. They are not willing to charter any boat, as they are afraid they will lose money or not make as much as they want, not need, want.
