We had a couple of good dives in great fall conditions. Last sun morning we paddled out to the Redondo Artificial Reef and dived some rockpiles, we were looking for Main pile C. but didnt get on the spot, damn we need a more accurate GPS. but conditions were good with a cold 55 degree water and up to 25' vis. We saw two large Molas getting cleaned and large schools of Sand Bass and juvenile Blacksmith with bright yellow tails. The ocean was glorious with dead flat offshore conditions. Then last night we made a night bug dive at the only open beach in Laguna just south of the new closures. The highlight of this beach dive was 20-30' vis, 65 degree water temp, and low surf right along the coast. and we got some nice bugs as well. Good fall conditions are here.
