It is truly a shame that diving has hit this low. Any dive boat trying to run a trip is doing just that. You are mad because you had to get a hotel room. Sounds like from your earlier posts you are local why did not drive home? Unfortunately there are many reasons why a boat has to cancel a trip and believe me no owner of a boat wants to do that. We advertise everywhere we can but if not enough divers sign up what choice do we have?
It takes most boat 2 days to get ready for a trip. At least 1 day to get food and fuel and another to prep the boat. Then something that know one can control, it is boat things break if we have the parts we will repair and on are way if it is unsafe or we do not the parts the trip is over.
Now you want to sue somebody for a missed trip. Go find another sport. I do even guarantee leaving the dock. Only God can do that.
