For those who have . . . commented . . . over years with laments such as "Why is it always chicken on Chamber Eve" you can rejoice!!! This year: WE'VE GOT BEEF!!! Beef Short Ribs to be exact. Officially it's Braised Beef Short Ribs w/a Classic Demi-Glace, Smashed red potatoes, Baby French heirloom carrots/asparagus/peppadew, with a chive oil garnish.

For those of the vegetarian persuasion, it'll be Tri-color quinoa stuffed pepper with lemon truffle smashed potatoes, and Baby French heirloom carrots/asparagus/peppadew. (Those who had this last year raved about it.)

Please remember our default/regular meal is the beef. If you want the veggie/vegan meal, you need to indicate this when you sign up for Chamber Eve as we have to give you a veggie/vegan ticket to give to your server. If you forgot to do this, call us at 310/652-4990 or reply to this e-mail addy, and we'll get a veggie/vegan ticket out to you.
