Has anyone dived the grounding boxes for the electrical grid off the south end of Malibu lately?

I tried to dive it and I couldnt locate them either visually of with my sounder.

I saw a work barge at the site last year -- did they remove the boxes? Too bad if they did because the site was a fish magnet.
