So how does a deckhand from a dive boat cook their lobster? As easily as possible. Try out this trick, but tasty method.

Take a raw lobster tail. Cut in half through the front of the tail, but do not break all the way through the thick shell on the back of the tail. If you do, it doesn't matter. Remove the vein. Place tail in a good ziplock baggy. Pour in a can of beer. Place in microwave for 12 minutes. Serve... Trick, isn't it.

You might decide that you want to add some butter or a spice for cooking, but fresh lobster needs little help. Served with butter can be nice though.
