Crescent Sity is about as far north as you can go in California and still be in California.
This is a cold, foggy, windy place. Still there is diving to be done. Mostly it is halibut
hunters swimming off the large sandy beaches. There are also some intrepid abalone hunters
looking for the big ones out there. Perhaps more interesting is the steamer the Brother Jonathan.
It was a Gold Rush era shipwreck containing a huge amount of gold.
