ORGANIZATION Topic
Organization may have a significance to human existence
that is similar in importance to education.
freedom, conformity, politics
Every human relation requires an organizational system. The
more complex the relationship, the more complex will be the
required organizational system. This applies to all systems,
including family, community, buisness and politics as well as
other institutions. The importance of organization can not be
over emphasized. Language, one of the greatest accomplishments of
humans, is to facilitate organization. Intelligence, primarily a
communication ability, developed to facilitate communication,
coordination and organization. This brings up some interesting
questions.
How important is the organization enforced by the
patriarchal family group? What is a form of family, more complex,
for a more complex power relationship of current family forms.
What is the importance of the social abilities learned from
growing up in a large family. It teaches tolerance, cooperation
and organization as nothing else could. Family size is something
that has changed greatly.
What is the importance of the conformity that a religion,
nation or culture can create.
what conformity is necessary to a community.
