use the thomas distributing cases. If all the batteries are in the same way, that means charged. In randomly, that's discharged.
You should also get some batteries and a charger from thomas distributing, the maha chargers and maha/powerex batteries are typically at the top of the ratings. Just buy a charger kit with a couple sets of batteries.
