I suggest a closed circuit rebreather as it will last longer before you have to send it back to California for refills. Also he is less likely to die if you weight him with 45 pounds of lead. Then he can just walk in and out of the water and no risk alphabet injuries such as DCS and AGE and WHOOPIE. I cannot accept bank transfer, but an out of country czech woul be acceptable. But only for today.
