Terrible service from Mares

After sending defective equipment back to Mares in Sept,1999, I have not heard back from them. I have e-mailed, called and faxed them and I cant get a response. I've tried to get a supervisor and still no luck. Any of you had similar problems. I have the address/phone#/e-mail address for the US office but I'm having problems getting the address for the main office in Italy. I am so disgusted with Mares that I have purchased other equipment (Genesis) for myself but I still would like the stuff I bought returned. Any Ideas?
