I think the sentiment is good and most if not all divers on this board would like to see tighter enforcement. Unfortunately, the messenger (Viking) makes a complete idiot of himself by throwing in the expletives, racial hatred, and gun-related violence (sniping). So the message got diluted.
My first reaction (and probably quite a few others) is revulsion at this guy--too bad since I basically agree with one of his premises: law enforcement really needs to step up their efforts against poachers (asians or otherwise).
There should be some guidelines for discussions. I don't have any brilliant suggestion but this one seems to be a bit out of whack and not one that I care to see (unlike the vast majority of others posted here).
