It has been long known in Advance diving a three
person dive team is OPTIMAL. ---- Huh?
No certification agency has ever pushed this. Most
dive operations discourage or forbid it.
The thirds rule is a cave diving rule. Turn around
when a third of the air is used.
Redundency in diving has meant a single backup,
not a double backup. I suppose you carry two pony
bottles?
This guy asking is a new diver. Do you expect him
to be able to comfortably act as a team already?
As a newbie that means that he is presumably diving
with an advanced team that are acting as buddies
with both of them watching him. That is a
prescription for one person disappearing.
One question for you.
Were you drunk when you posted that?
Enjoy the diving, seahunt
