Mike, whether it's the "government" or just a divemaster that tells me I can't dive on the Yukon till I get some damn "tech" agency to tell me I can, what difference does it make to me? If you want to set up uniform methods for SUGGESTING certain practices be implemented on dives on the Yukon, that's great. If you want to prevent anyone who is not abiding by your "suggestions" from diving on the wreck, THAT is NOT fine with me.
